Getting the Most from Your KRYO Recovery Sleeve

Proper care will help keep your KRYO Recovery Sleeve performing at its best for years to come.

 

Cold Therapy

  • Place your KRYO Recovery Sleeve inside the included freezer storage pouch.
  • Freeze for a minimum of 2 hours before use. 
  • Your sleeve can be stored in the freezer between recovery sessions, so it's always ready when you need it. 

 

Heat Therapy 

  • Remove the sleeve from the storage pouch before microwaving. 
  • Microwave for approximately 40 seconds. 
  • If additional warmth is required, heat in 10-second intervals. 
  • Do not heat for more than 60 seconds in total. 
  • Always check the temperature before applying the sleeve. It should feel comfortably warm, not hot.

 

Cleaning 

  • Wipe clean using a damp cloth or antibacterial wipe. 
  • Allow the sleeve to air dry completely before storing or re-freezing. 
  • Do not machine wash, bleach, tumble dry, dry clean or iron. 

 

Storage 

  • Store your KRYO Recovery Sleeve inside the included freezer storage pouch when not in use. 
  • Your KRYO Recovery Sleeve can be stored in the freezer between recovery sessions, so it's always ready when you need it.
  • Keep away from sharp objects that may puncture the sleeve. 

 

Safety 

  • Always use your KRYO Recovery Sleeve as directed.
  • Do not apply to broken or damaged skin. 
  • Do not use while sleeping. 
  • Discontinue use if you experience discomfort or pain. 
  • If you have a medical condition, circulation disorder, or are unsure whether hot or cold therapy is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
